Mr. Dallmer is an estimator, former contractor and appraiser-He is not a public adjuster. He is available for retention by property owners and insurance companies alike- he handles first party property appraisals regularly, as either an appraiser and/or an umpire. David Dallmer the Property Damage Consultant has been helping home owners and business owners throughout the USA for over 33 years. David has worked for numerous public adjusters, property owners, attorneys and contractors all over the USA. David has helped to properly estimate, scope, document and present losses throughout the US. He has been utilized as an Appraiser, Property Consultant, Umpire, Estimator and Property Damage Expert over the past 33 years.

David Dallmer earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Trenton State College (The College of New Jersey). David Dallmer also has experience in both construction and property damage restoration. David has worked for 12 years in the restoration field for ServiceMaster™ and worked for more than 6 years in the field of general contracting in New Jersey and Pennsylvania before he became a licensed Public Adjuster. Since becoming a public adjuster in 1989, David had handled more than 12,000 property damage losses. As an appraiser, umpire, estimator, David draws on his extensive experience to make sure damages are properly addressed.
